Folded tent cards, 4 per page, with the number on both sides.
Want it bigger? Print this A4 page at A3 or A2 at a print shop.
A third part after another | adds a small note, like 2:00pm | Ceremony | The Orangery.
Tables can be numbers or names, like Maya Patel | 3 or Maya Patel | Peony. Guests are grouped and sorted for you.
Favour and thank-you tags, ten per page. Cut out and punch the hole for ribbon.

Choose your style

Print one page on plain paper first to check the size. 200 to 250 gsm card folds best.
For accurate sizes: in the print dialog choose paper A4, scale 100% (or “Actual size”), and margins None. Turn on background graphics so colours print.

How to make wedding place cards and table numbers

  1. Choose place cards or table numbers, then type your guest names.
  2. Add your names, wedding date and venue if you like.
  3. Pick a design: blush, sage or navy and gold.
  4. Print on A4 card with background graphics turned on, then cut and fold.
